This is radioactive dan. The sky is a bit green because it’s a rather radioactive waste land. Note the darker green patchier clouds of radioactive cloudy shaped things. He has a smart brown hat which he nicked off a dead man, and a snazzy blue tie. He’s just found a sword and is ready to fight when he notices he is lost. More to come.
